A.T.TIPSCAST: The Blog

The Compendium Blog for the A.T.TIPScast.

First Blog

Hello and welcome!  If you are reading this blog it probably means you found the A.T.TIPS Podcast and have listened to an episode.  The A.T.TIPS Podcast (A.T.TIPScast) is an acronym for Assistive Technology: Tools In Public Schools.  The content of the show pertains to all and any technology (and I use that term in the broadest sense) or strategies used to assist struggling students in the K-12 environment.

Actually, at the time of this blog, I haven’t posted the first episode yet but I expect it to be up and active soon.  I’m working on it!  I hope you enjoy the podcast and I hope you leave a comment!

  1. Excellent content! Easy to listen to. A great way to learn more about a very interesting topic.
    Can’t wait to hear more!

  2. Chris – I think that I prefer this delivery method to a ‘normal’ blog that is read. I have listened to #1,2,3,5,20, and agree with with ‘Sally’ regarding the content and the ease of listening rather than reading.

I especially enjoyed the TeacherTube video link in PodCast#5 blog about Pacing Boards.

As the time allows, I’ll be sure to listen to the remaining podcasts…keep up the good work!

  3. Thanks David! I agree with you about blogging versus podcast. With Blogs, you are reading and when you’re reading that’s pretty much the only thing you can be doing. With podcasts, you are listening and when listening you can do all sorts of other productive things like including but not limited to driving, eating, giving the kids a bath, washing dishes, exercising, and so on. I’m glad you are enjoying the show so far! Chris
